When organising a congress or event, our rooms@events service might be of interest to you. This extensive free service includes the purchase of hotel rooms, a corporate website and your own service team for making reservations. And, if you like, we can also provide administrative support with the registration of participants.

Own website and service team
A special website will be built for every congress or event. It contains information about the organisation, sector associations, the congress venue etc. Exactly as you want. Participants get a complete overview of the contracted hotels via the website and are able to make a hotel reservation with ease. Participants who prefer to make their reservations by telephone, fax or e-mail are welcome to make use of our dedicated service centre.
Registration of participants
Would you also like to outsource the registration of participants? Our events department can take care of this as well. Registering participants requires precision. That's why we'd like to make an appointment with you to discuss it further.
